Return & Replace Policy

At CustomFabric, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Custom-embroidered or made-to-measure items are not eligible for return unless defective

Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will replace it at no additional cost
  • Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence
  • Replacements are subject to stock availability

Note: Shipping charges for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
